By visiting our website, placing an order, requesting customization, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Rooh
Rooh is a premium percussion manufacturer and musician-focused brand offering instruments, gig bags, accessories, customization services, and related support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, or service at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Lawful Use
By using this website, you confirm that:

You agree not to use our website or products:

5. Custom Orders
Customization is available on selected products.
For custom orders:
• Production timelines may vary
• Orders cannot be canceled once production begins
• Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective
• Customers are responsible for the legality of submitted artwork
Rooh reserves the right to decline customization requests that violate legal or brand standards.
6. Shipping & Risk
Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photos/videos.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Warranty excludes:
• Misuse or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorized modifications
Transit damage must be reported within 1 days of delivery.
8–17. Intellectual Property, Liability & Legal Terms
All Rooh intellectual property — including brand name, logo, product designs, and website content — is protected by law.
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooh’s liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the product involved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
