Refund Policy
At Rooh – The Soul of Sound, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation (India)
All confirmed orders are considered final and non-cancelable.
Cancellation requests may only be considered if:
• The request is made immediately after placing the order
• The order has not entered production, processing, or dispatch
• The product is not customized or specially prepared
Approval of cancellation is solely at Rooh’s discretion.
2. Replacement Policy (India)
Rooh follows a Replacement-Only Policy.
We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges based on preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection.
Replacement requests are accepted only in the case of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Customers must report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
3. Defect Reporting Requirements
To process a replacement request, customers must provide:
• A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package
• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
• Proof of purchase
The product must remain:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all tags, accessories, and packing materials intact
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Replacement Approval
Once the defect is verified by our quality team:
• The defective product will be replaced with the same product, subject to stock availability.
If the exact product is not available, Rooh may offer:
• A similar product replacement, or
• A refund to the original payment method, at Rooh’s discretion.
5. Logistics & Inspection Fee
If a product is approved for inspection or replacement, a standard logistics and inspection handling fee may apply.
A fee between ₹1000 and ₹1500 may be deducted to cover logistics, return pickup, inspection, and handling costs.
This fee will apply only where necessary based on the nature of the case.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for the following:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect product selection
• Compatibility issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
• Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless manufacturing defect is verified)
7. International Orders
All international orders are final.
• No cancellations
• No returns or replacements
If a shipment is undelivered due to customer-related reasons such as incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or non-payment of customs duties, the order value will be forfeited.
Rooh is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been issued but not received:
• Check your bank account
• Contact your card provider
• Contact your bank

9. Final Authority
Rooh reserves the final right to review, approve, or reject any replacement request based on the evidence provided.
